The following May arrests were reported by Sea Bright police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Brian J. Juliano, 26, of Little Silver, was arrested on May 29 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Christopher Fisler.
• Michael D. Kowalski, 34, of Rochelle Park, was arrested on May 29 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Sean Marelli.
• Scott Shanker, 54, of West Long Branch, was arrested on May 23 and charged with receiving stolen property by Detective Sgt. Richard Heugel Jr..
• John M. Sonatore, 75, of Sea Bright, was arrested on May 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Special Officer Robert Alvator.
