Police: Alleged Heroin Dealers Busted

The following arrests that occurred between March 20 and April 7 were reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Andrew Gill, 21, of Willis Avenue in Keansburg , was arrested on March 24 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of heroin within 500 feet of a public park, unlawful possession of suboxone, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Oceanport Municipal Court and a violation of probation warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held pending a court date.

• Christopher Gill, 23, of Mercer Avenue in Hazlet, was arrested on March 24 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park, unlawful possession of suboxone, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $75,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Jennifer Moore, 44, of Pearl Street in Middletown, was arrested on March 24 by Cpl. Lawrence Seymour and charged with driving while intoxicated.

She was released pending a court date.

• Luis Vejar, 35, of Knollwood Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 25 by Police Officer Erica Weeks and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option.

• Rick Chapman, 48, of Monmouth Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes and charged with stalking, harassment and violation of a court order.

He was held on $14,750 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Shannon LeComte, 31, of Navesink Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Brady Carr and charged with shoplifting from the ShopRite store on Route 35.

He was held on $1,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Michael Calamari, 33, of Austin Street in Tinton Falls, was arrested on March 23 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert on a fugitive warrant issued by the Philadelphia police and charged with resisting arrest.

He was held pending extradition to Pennsylvania.

• Darren Mensch, 38, of Schelly Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 24 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with shoplifting and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $5,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Jennifer Moore, 44, of Pearl Street in Middletown, was arrested on March 24 by Cpl. Lawrence Seymour and charged with driving while intoxicated.

She was released pending a court date.

• Luis Vejar, 35, of Knollwood Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 25 by Police Officer Erica Weeks and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option.

He was held on $1,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Deborah Baldassari, 54, of Bruce Road in Red Bank, was arrested on March 27 by Patrolman Michael Pintilie and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.
• Eileen Gentile, 31, of Statesir Place in Middletown, was arrested on March 27 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

• Michael Drake, 47, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 28 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez and charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.

He was released pending a court date.

• Vanessa Turner, 33, of Redfern Court in the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on March 27 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert and charged with shoplifting from the Lincroft Acme.

She was released pending a court date.

• John Poukish, 36, of Stillwell Street in Matawan, was arrested on March 27 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert and charged with shoplifting from the Lincroft Acme.

He was released pending a court date.

• Riley Costigan, 38, of Cherry Tree Farm Road in Middletown, was arrested on March 27 by Patrolman Scott Davis and charged with  simple assault, possession of stun guns, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of handcuffs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a toxic chemical.

He was held on $5,000 bail with a 10 percent option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Eleni Berry, 34, of Route 590 in Lackawaxen, PA, was arrested on April 1 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of oxycodone.

She was released pending a court date.

• Jacquelyn Santiago, 45, of Brainard Avenue in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on April 2 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

She was held on $10,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Charles Carlino, 49, of Skytop Gardens in Parlin, was arrested on Aril 5 by Patrolman Charles Higgins and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

• Daniel Petitt, 29, of Stratford Avenue in Old Bridge, was arrested on April 4 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

• Tyler Golusinski, 22, of Hill Terrace in Red Bank, was arrested on April 5 by Cpl. Mark Ward and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.
