A 19-year veteran Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) corrections officer has been arrested and charged with facilitating and encouraging a physical altercation between his son and another juvenile while off-duty, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Thursday.
