The following October arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Arrests
• Shane Harrington, 42, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Narumson and Forrest avenues on Oct. 5 and charged with terroristic threats by Patrolman Joseph Pignataro.
• Sharon Shaffrey, 53, of the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of First Street on Oct. 4 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction by Patrolman James Camilleri.
• Wilmer Gomez Mendoza, 52, of Elizabeth, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Ward Avenue on Oct. 1 on a contempt of court warrant by S/O John Krzyzczuk.
