A classic reprise to take the fall chill out …
Helloooooo hurtful sting of the late fall chill. There’s nothing better to warm an RFH soul than a funny staged moment of some hot girls on the beach — RFH stage.
So, the Retro Pic(s) of the (George) Day offers two views of a scene you’ve seen around the archives before … a classic. It takes us back to the 1970s when some RFH freshmen got all gussied up in their mothers’ outdated — hopefully not current — beachwear for a faux day at the beach, on stage, and did a little dance to The Beach Boys’ Girls on the Beach.
We think there are a few guys mixed in with the girls here in this shot of the RFH Class of 1978’s Freshmen Follies. Who they are, we can’t hazard a guess because of those beautiful outfits and sunglasses.
They sure are something to see, aren’t they? And they give us a little hope that a fun summer lies ahead and definitely something to smile about any day of the year!
Just beachy, right?
Who are these ladies in waiting … for a quick return of that summertime fun and a good beach day?
