The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Kevin Kelly, 60, of Eatontown, was arrested on March 30 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with theft by Chief Darren McConnell.

• Trevor Riley, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on March 29 in the area of Herbert Street and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Shaquan Jackson, 25, of Eatontown, was arrested on March 27 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Salvatore Mauro, 38, of Staten Island, was arrested on March 26 in the area of Broad Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Cheryl Bednar, 39, of Neptune, was arrested on March 24 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Xavier Allen, 21, of East Rutherford, was arrested on March 21 in the area of West Front Street and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Scarlett Gonzalez, 19, of Long Branch, was arrested on March 20 in the area of West Front Street and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Kevin Alberto-Israel, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 17 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief by Detective John Camarca. 

• Kyla Robinson, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 17 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with burglary and theft by Detective John Camarca.  

Contempt of Court 

• Andrew Markoff, 27, of Middletown, was arrested on March 31 in the area of North Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Charles Linea, 49, of Middletown, was arrested on March 28 in the area of North Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Gary Watson, Jr.

• John Casseus, 33, of Bayonne, was arrested on March 25 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Kevin Riddle, 24, of Tuckerton, was arrested on March 25 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Shaun Gelsomine, 37, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on March 25 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Thomas Gilmartin, 53, of Freehold, was arrested on March 24 in the area of West Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Termarca Davis, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 23 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darrenn McConnell.

• Ryann Chirico, 23, of Brick, was arrested on March 22  in the area of White Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Mindy Masucci, 38, of Brick, was arrested on March 22 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Jack T. Brown, 24, of Ocean Gate, was arrested on March 21 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Manfer A. Lopez, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested on March 21 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Genaro Escalante-Castillo, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 21 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.  

• Dominco Lila-Santa Maria, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 19 in the area of Herbert Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Scott Kelly, 54, of Belford, was arrested on March 19 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.  

• David Palamara, 67, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on March 19 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Gary Watson, Jr.  

• Muhab Elgamal, 22, of Manalapan, was arrested on March 19 in the area of Warf Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Adrian Mendoza-Ramos, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 17 in the area of West Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy. 

• Talek Lane, 23, of Long Branch, was arrested on March 17 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.  

• Miguel Reyes Silva, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 15 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
