The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The shoplifting of $1,344 worth of merchandise from a business in the area of Broad Street was reported on Feb. 12.
Patrolman Kyle Ludwig is investigating.
• The theft of a $20,000 vehicle from the area of Williamsburg Drive was reported on Feb. 10.
Patrolman Michael Fibrin is investigating.
• The shoplifting of $1,600 worth of merchandise from a business in the area of Broad Street was reported on Feb. 9.
Patrolman Kyle Ludwig is investigating.
• A theft in the area of Trafford Street was reported on Feb. 2. The victim reported sending payment for items never received.
Patrolman Derek Myers is investigating.
Arrests
• Kevin K. McKey, 21, of Oakhurst, was arrested in the area of Thornbrooke Drive on Feb. 11 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Sgt. Tracy Polk.
