Police Report: Terroristic Threats, Drug Possession, DWIs, Assault, Weapons Possession

The following recent arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Jesse Guerin, 44, of Bergen Street in Middletown, was arrested on March 21 by Patrolman Julian Reis and charged with terroristic threats.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Michael Lewaine, 20, of Wedgewood Circle in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 21 by Cpl. Robert McNair and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• On March 21, 2016 Detective Kelly Godley arrested 15-year-old and 16-year-old male juveniles from the Port Monmouth section of Middletown and charged then with theft.

Both juveniles were released pending a court date.

• Timothy McArdel, 22, of Jumping Brook Road in the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on March 22 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Michael Bender, 35, of Barberie Avenue in Highlands, was arrested on March 22 by Patrolman Julian Reis and charged with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest.

He was released pending a court date.

• Joseph Galletta, 20, of West Bangs Avenue in Neptune, was arrested on March 23 by Patrolman Jesse Toma and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Phillip Galletta, 56, of West Stimpson Avenue in Linden, was arrested on March 23 by Patrolman Jesse Toma and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Mohamed Amin, 18, of Ellen Heath Drive in Matawan, was arrested on March 23 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Matthew McKee, 30, of Pedee Place in Middletown, was arrested on March 23 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with criminal mischief and false reports to law enforcement.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option.

• Briar Palm, 25, of Bayview Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 24 by Patrolman Jason Andrews and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• On March 23, Patrolman Ekne Montalvo arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile from Laurence Harbor and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Howard Perlstein, 50, of Idaho Lane in Aberdeen, was arrested on March 24 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Adriana Alvarez- Milena, 36, of Conquistador, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with criminal mischief and simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

• Marc Smyth, 33, of Navesink Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Lee Ostrowsky, 48, of Alexander Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Julian Reis and charged with simple assault.

He was released pending a court date.

• Michael Telepun, 57, of Wallace Street in Red Bank, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman John Walsifer and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Diane Fasano, 60, of Linden Place in Red Bank, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with shoplifting.

She was released pending a court date.

• On March 25, Patrolman Michael Heaton arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from the Leonardo section of Middletown and a 15-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged them with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both juveniles were released pending a court date.

• Richard Krug, 49, of Harvard Street in Middletown, was arrested on March 26 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with criminal mischief and harassment.

He was released pending a court date.

• Collin Pohler, 24, of Kingston Place in Lanoka Harbor, was arrested on March 26 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with possession of under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Sean Armetta, 48, of Oak Street in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on March 26 by Patrolman Shane Hall  and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Serge Francois, 25, of Dora Lane in Holmdel, was arrested on March 27 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• Antoinette Bogan, 61, of New York Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach, was arrested on March 27 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving while suspended for DWI conviction.

She was released after posting $10,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Derek Dechent, 25, of Faith Lane in Aberdeen, was arrested on March 27 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• Nicole Kost, 33, of Ocean Boulevard in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on March 28 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with unlawful possession of Oxycodone.

She was released pending a court date.

• On March 28, Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from the Belford section of Middletown and charged him with shoplifting.

He was released pending a court date.

• On March 28, Patrolman Nicholas Zubkow arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile from the Port Monmouth section of Middletown and charged her with shoplifting.

She was released pending a court date.

• Norman Lind, 59, of Sycamore Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 28 by Patrolman Nicholas Manochio and charged with shoplifting.

He was released pending a court date.

• Keith Walling, 33, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 28 by Patrolman Raymond Scofield and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin and unlawful possession of Xanax.

He was held on $5,000 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Carla Baum, 29, of Thelma Court in Red Bank, was arrested on March 30 by Patrolman Brady Carr and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• On March 30, Patrolman Ricardo Cruz arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile from Keansburg and charged her with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

She was released pending a court date.

• Michael Thacke, 27, of Bonnie Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 31 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel and charged with harassment, theft, violation of a court order and criminal restraint.

He was released after posting $7,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Berube.

• Denise Shanahan, 50, of Homestead Road in Freehold, was arrested on March 31 by Sgt. Patricia Colangelo and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and loitering with the intent to use a controlled dangerous substance.

She was released pending a court date.

• Thomas Burke, 31, of Therese Avenue in Keyport, was arrested on March 31 by Patrolman John Soltysik and charged with theft of lost or mislaid property.

He was released pending a court date.

• George VanGlahn, 31, of Washington Avenue in Matawan, was arrested on March 31 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of heroin.

He was released pending a court date.

• On March 31, Sgt. Patricia Colangelo arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from Freehold and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• Shawn Dyson, 23, of Atlantic Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on April 1 by Patrolman Richard Belmont and charged with possession of hypodermic syringe.

• Justin Taylor, 22, of Mohawk Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on April 1 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe.

• Mario Montanez, 33, of Island View Way in Sea Bright, was arrested on April 1 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with unlawful possession of Suboxone and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jessica Pizzo, 26, of Shasta Lane in Toms River, was arrested on April 2 by Patrolman John Soltysik and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• On April 2, Patrolman Eric Van Schaack arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from Hazlet and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Pierro Coccurellocafolla, 53, of Ocean Boulevard in Long Branch, was arrested on April 3 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of cocaine and obstructing the administration of law.

He was released pending a court date.

• Gabriel Cerciello, 20, of Hopping Road in Middletown, was arrested on April 3 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• James Johnson Jr., 40, of Jersey Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on April 4 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Thomas Guttadauro, 23, of Tatum Drive in Middletown, was arrested on April 4 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.

He was released pending a court date.

• Mawube Wardswell, 44, of Florida Grove Road in Keasbey, was arrested on April 5 by Patrolman Michael Heaton and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• David Garcia-Martinez, 38, of Willow Street in Red Bank, was arrested on April 6 by Patrolman John Walsifer and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Keith Simmonds, 27, of Center Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Eric Van Schaack and charged with possession of over 50 grams of marijuana, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $30,000 bail, set by Judge Berube.

• Kenneth Persico, 49, of Main Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on April 8 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released pending a court date.

• Alexander Suarez, 18, of Market Street in Red Bank, was arrested on April 8 by Cpl. Richard Fusel and charged with unlawful possession of Alprazolam.

He was released pending a court date.

• Jason Underhill, 42, of Navesink Avenue in the Port Monmouth, section of Middletown, was arrested on April 9 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released pending a court date.

• Akili Ruffin, 32, of Rhode Island Avenue in East Orange, was arrested on April 9 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with possession of Molly.

She was held on bail.

• Walter Connolly, 45, of Brianna Court in Red Bank, was arrested on April 10 by Patrolman John Walsifer and charged with criminal mischief, simple assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

He was released after posting $20,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Berube.
