The following September criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Bellhaven Park was reported on Sept. 27. A sign was tagged with black paint.

An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Count Basie Park was reported on Sept. 26. Multiple structures on the property were tagged with paint.

Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Sept. 24. A building was tagged with black paint.

Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski took the report.

• The theft of $300 in cash from the glovebox of a motor vehicle in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Sept. 23.

• The theft of a plant, valued at $80, from a property on Herbert Street was reported on Sept. 22.

Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.

• The theft of a black Riding Times GT 73 PRO e-bike, valued at $2,500, from the area of Water Street was reported on Sept. 19.

Patrolman James McGee took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Sept. 15. The front passenger side tire of a vehicle was slashed.

Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.

• The theft/shoplifting of a bottle of Macallen whiskey, valued at $171.99, and a bottle of Clase Azul Resposado tequila, valued at $179.99, from the area of Newman Springs Road was reported on Sept. 13.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Broad Street was reported on Sept. 12. The victim reported that their vehicle was keyed along the driver’s side door.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of E. Front Street was reported on Sept. 8. A stop sign was knocked down.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Locust Avenue was reported on Sept. 6. A sign was tagged with blue paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Tilton Avenue was reported on Sept. 3. A tree was tagged with black paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Bank Street was reported on Sept. 1. A garage was tagged with blue paint.

Arrests:

• Alejandro Guerrero-Dominguez, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Sept. 29 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Kevin Kries, 26, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Sept. 29 and charged with escape, resisting arrest and aggravated assault by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Kevin Kries, 26, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Sept. 28 and charged with burglary, robbery, disorderly conduct and simple assault by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Patrick O’Neill, 34, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of English Plaza on Sept. 26 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Daniel Ramos, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 24 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Kevin McNair, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Sept. 24 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), hindering apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman n Christopher Fuentes.

• Victor Tobon-Tobon, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on Sept. 23 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Cesar Santos-Contreras, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Sept. 23 and charged with criminal mischief by Lt. Jorge Torres.

• Rahdel Savage, 36, of Roselle, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Sept. 21 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman James McGee.

• Justin Lauzon, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Sept. 21 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman James McGee.

• Alejandro Cortes, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 21 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Miguel Gines-Hernandez, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Sept. 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Rahdel Savage, 36, of Roselle, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Sept. 20 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Jessie Carrdine, 30, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Sept. 17 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and endangering the welfare of a child by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Rahdel Savage, 36. of Roselle, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Sept. 17 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Philip Soto, 26, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Sept. 17 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Edwin Segura, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Sept. 14 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Jennifer McLeod, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of South Street on Sept. 13 and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful possession of weapons and possession of weapons with unlawful purpose by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Cesar Hernandez-Hernandez, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 10 and charged with criminal mischief and harassment by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Tony Zhou, 39, of East Brunswick, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 10 and charged with manufacturing, distributing dispensing, conspiracy, distribution on or within 1,000 feet of school property, toxic chemicals, possession, use or being under the influence, or failure to make lawful disposition and use or possession with intent to use by Detective Shane Dengel.

• Casey Herman, 23, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 10 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Frank Morales, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Sept. 10 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Tabitha Jones, 35, of Edison, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 9 and charged with manufacturing, distributing or dispensing toxic chemicals, use or possession with intent to use, and distribution on or within 1,000 feet of school property by Detective Shane Dengel.

• Leonardo Arenas-Rosas, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Sept. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Pablo Reyes-Flores, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Street on Sept. 6 and charged with criminal trespass and burglary by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.

• Rashahn Tucker, 49, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Sept. 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), driving while suspended and refusal by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Jason Freeman, 46, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Sept. 4 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Paul Pelo, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Park Place on Sept. 3 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Leon Yarbrough, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 3 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and contempt of court by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Alfredo Guevara-Sanchez, 53, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 3 and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman James McGee.

• Krystle Pascale, 37, of Farmingdale, was arrested in the are of Monmouth Street on Sept. 3 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Nihjer Hill, 28, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Sept. 3 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and contempt of court by Patrolman James McGee.

• Christopher Befarah, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 2 and charged with simple assault and terroristic threats by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
