Police Report Contempt, Probation Violation

The following recent arrests on contempt of court and violation of probation charges were reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• James Georgianna, 23, of Port Monmouth Road in Middletown, was arrested on April 14 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Anti-Crime Unit on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $4,416 bail.

• Milton Rainey, 45, of Ocean Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on April 8 by Cpl. Robert McNair on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,401 bail.

• Fiona Gallagher, 23, of Route 36 in Highlands, was arrested on April 8 by Detective Keith Hirschbein on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $1,332 bail.

• Jesse Kimball, 44, of Belmont Avenue in Madison, was arrested on April 15 by Cpl. Lawrence Seymour on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Gary Vanlew, 41, of Lamb Road in Brick, was arrested on April 17 by Patrolman Thomas Foster on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Louis Rabenda, 80, of Hancock Court in Red Bank, was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Michael Nolan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Daniel Labishak, 20, of Knollwood Drive in Middletown, was arrested on April 6 by Patrolman Thomas Foster on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Robert Mackie, 46, of Meadow Lane in Staten Island, NY, was arrested on April 6 by Patrolman Scott Davis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Megan Cartledge, 22, of St. John’s Place in Keansburg, was arrested on April 6 by Cpl. Thomas Meckier on a violation of probation warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

She was held pending a court date.

• Juan Chacon-Mejia, 27, of Second Avenue in Asbury Park, was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Ian May on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Ketan Ajmera, 49, of New York Road in Neptune, was arrested on April 9 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Neptune Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $300 bail.
