The following July criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• A theft in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on July 31. The victim reported an Amazon package, valued at $100, was stolen from their residence.

• A shoplifting/theft from a business in the area of Broad Street was reported on July 30. An employee of a business reported that $15 worth of merchandise was stolen.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Wharf Avenue was reported on July 25. A property manager reported several locations on the property were tagged with white and black spray paint.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The theft of a Body Opponent Bag Martial Arts Dummy, valued at $325, from a back porch of a residence in the area of E. Sunset Avenue was reported on July 24.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Manor East was reported on July 21. The owner of a motor vehicle reported multiple scratches on the vehicle.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of S. Pearl Street was reported on July 16. The street was tagged with blue paint.

• The theft of two sandwiches, valued at $20.98, from a business in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on July 14.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of S. Pearl Street was reported on July 14. A property owner reported a door to a building was forced open and multiple locations on the property were tagged with blue paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of W. Front Street was reported on July 8. An employee reported damage to a security camera on the property.

• The theft of a Bank of America Debit card and $110 in cash from the area of W. Front Street was reported on July 8.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Locust Avenue was reported on July 3. An employee reported playground equipment was tagged blue paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of W. Front Street was reported on July 1. The property manager of a business reported that a building on the property was tagged with black spray paint.

• John Rooney, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on July 30 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Omar Tenorio-Ramirez, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on July 27 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Darren McConnell. 10 contempt
• Simone Moultrie, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on July 27 and charged with criminal attempt, burglary, and criminal mischief by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski. on
• Amy Matheny, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on July 27 and charged with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and contempt of court by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Luis Cepeda, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on July 26 and charged with possession of a CDS (controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Gerson Avelar-Ortiz, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Westside Avenue on July 21 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Isaac Valdetano-Luna, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on July 21 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
• Garry Semljatschenko, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on July 17 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Joshua Rubenfeld, 35 of New City, NY, was arrested in the area of River Road on July 16 and charged with defiant trespass, criminal attempt, hindering apprehension, burglary, and contempt of court by Ptl. Preston Mellaci.
• Shavani Green, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on July 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Sean Bowes, 57, of Burlington, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on July 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Matthew Fallon, 24, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on July 12 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Ashon Lovick.
• Charisse Jones, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on July 11 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Simone Moultrie, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Westside Avenue on July 6 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Grace Maggiulli.
• James Anderson, 57, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 3 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Joshua Williams, 22, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on July 2 and charged with shoplifting and aggravated assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Carlos Ceja-Palacios, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on July 1 and charged with false imprisonment by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
