The following October criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a white mountain bicycle, valued at $50, from the area of Water Street was reported on Oct. 28.
Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.
• The theft of a Pink Mafia wheelie style bicycle, valued at $450, from the area of Harding Road was reported on Oct. 23.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• The theft of a black Trek mountain bicycle, valued at $250, from the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Oct. 19.
Patrolman Christopher Fuentes took the report.
• The theft of a 29-inch black mountain bicycle from the area of N. Bridge Avenue was reported on Oct. 16.
Lt. Jorge Torres took the report.
• The theft of cooking oil from a business on Monmouth Street was reported on Oct. 14 by the manager.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Oct. 12. Two electrical boxes were tagged with black paint.
Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Oct. 11. A building was tagged with black spray paint.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The thefts of an orange cruiser style bicycle, valued at $200, and a silver and black Trek Marlin bicycle, valued at $350, from a porch of a residence in the area of Cedar Crossing were reported on Oct. 9.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• The theft of a black Rising Tides e-bike, valued at $1,000, from the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Oct. 10.
Patrolman Eliot Ramos took the report.
• The theft of a bag containing $10,000 worth of jewelry from a motor vehicle in the area of Riverview Plaza was reported on Oct. 9.
Sgt. Ashon Lovick took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of W. Bergen Place was reported on Oct. 6. A train gate was tagged with blue paint and a building was tagged with black paint.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Mohawk Lane was reported on Oct. 6. A utility pole was tagged with black paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of John Street was reported on Oct. 5. The owner of a residence reported that toilet paper was thrown at their home and a vehicle was covered in shaving cream and chocolate sauce.

Arrests
• Alyson Argueta-Barrientos, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Oct. 30 and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapons and theft by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Anthony Ronan, 22, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Howard Avenue on Oct. 28 and charged with attempt to elude police by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Matthew Fidler, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Nihjer Hill, 29, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 27 and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law and contempt of court by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Gonzalo Ramirez-Flores, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Willow Street on Oct. 26 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and obstructing administration of law by Patrolman James McGee.
• Tim Jackson, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on Oct. 25 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• David Foggy, 54, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 25 and charged with aggravated assault on police officer, resisting arrest by force, terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Anthony Rosario, 33, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman James McGee.
• Luis Flores-Flores, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Cedar Street on Oct. 24 and charged with simple assault and contempt of court by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Luis Varela-Delarosa, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on Oct. 22 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Roberto Zafra-Hernandez, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Willow Street on Oct. 19 and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Sammie Davis, 35, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 18 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and contempt of court by Patrolman James McGee.
• Daniel Murphy, 61, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Cooper’s Bridge on Oct. 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Sgt. John Camarca.
• Jhon Aranda-Zuniga, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Oct. 17 and charged with shoplifting and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Samuel Gomez, 56, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of E. Bergen Place on Oct. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Mauricio Catalan-Rodriguez, 22, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of South Street on Oct. 12 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Carmine Pannullo.
• Thomas Farzan, 39, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Oct. 11 and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Angelina Castillo, 49, of Ware, MA, was arrested in the area of Route 35 on Oct. 6 and charged with aggravated assault, obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Gerald Holeman, 64, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on Oct. 6 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Alejandro Guerrero-Dominguez, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Oct. 6 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Simran Ranota, 28, of Parlin, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on Oct. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Ashon Lovick.
• Pedro Lopez, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Willow Street on Oct. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Martin Geller, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Oct. 3 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Ronnie Dubois, 42, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 2 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
