There’s nothing quite like a burger at Rumson’s Barnacle Bill’s and a sunny, clear day’s river view. It’s a rite of passage for Rumson-Fair Haven area dwellers.
Add steamers and an LIT to that and the scene beats none other as a serenity nowwww spot. But that’s no secret.
