Rumson Police Report: Stalking, Underage Drinking, Child Endangerment, DUI

The following August arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. A DUI alone is a motor vehicle offense.

Arrests

• Patrols responded to complaints of a loud party on Waterman Avenue on Aug. 29. Multiple juveniles possessing alcohol were present. Timothy Diehl, 54, of Rumson, was issued summons for maintaining a nuisance and maintaining premises for underage consumption of alcohol.

Guillermo Munozvallente, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Bingham Avenue on Aug. 16 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (DUI) and related traffic offenses by Patrolman Logan Keefer.

Jeffery Walker, 29, of Eatontown, was charged with stalking on Aug. 9 stemming from a confidential complaint.

• Meghan Brown, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Harding Lane and Hilltop Terrace on Aug. 8 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (DUI) with a minor passenger and endangering another person by Patrolman James Camilleri.
