Police Report: Theft, Burglary, Fraud, Terroristic Threats, Weapons, Wrongful Impersonation, Harassment, Forgery, Drugs, Assault, Disorderly

The following May criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• The theft/shoplifting of multiple items from a Shrewsbury Avenue business was reported on May 23.

Patrolman Christian Nelson took the report.

• The theft of an unlocked blue mountain bike, valued at $100, from the area of Monmouth Street was reported on May 18.

Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.

• The theft of an unlocked blue Kink BMX bike, valued at $300, from an alley near Rita’s Italian Ice in the area of English Plaza was reported on May 17.

Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.

• The theft of roughly $45 worth of items from the area of Water Street was reported on May 16.

Patrolman Christopher Fuentes took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on May 13. The owner of a motor vehicle reported that someone jumped the hood of the vehicle, causing damage.

Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.

• The theft $2,924 worth of merchandise from a Broad Street store was reported on May 12. The alleged thief was identified as a white male wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, a black face mask and black baseball cap.

Patrolman James McGee took the report.

• The theft of a several items over a span of two days, valued at roughly $46, was reported on May 11. The alleged thief was described as a Hispanic male wearing a bright blue Adidas hat, black t-shirt and dark sneakers. The subject was seen on surveillance and facial recognition was captured.

• The theft of a binder containing paperwork, $40 in cash and a Santander Bank check for $74.64 from a commercial vehicle on Branch Avenue was reported on May 11.

• The theft of a light blue sky Trek bike with a cell phone and water bottle holder, valued at $1,500, from the side of a residence on Wallace Street was reported on May 8.

Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.

• The theft of a bike tire, valued at $100, from a Mongoose Mountain Bike in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on May 7.

Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski took the report.

• The theft cooking oil, valued at $500 to $800, from the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on May 7. It was reported that a white Ford Econoline van pulled up and took an oil container filled with old cooking oil.

Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.

• The theft of a backpack containing a Neptune HS Chromebook, keys and schoolwork was reported on May 6 to have been taken by an Uber Driver who was supposed to return the items and never showed.

Sgt. George Travostino took the report.

• The theft of a basket full of items worth $70 from the area of Water Street was reported on May 6. The alleged thief was described as a white male wearing a dark- colored hooded sweatshirt, khaki shorts and a black backpack.

Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Wallace Street was reported on May 3. Side mirrors of a motor vehicle, valued at $100 each, were damaged.

Patrolman Christopher Fuentes took the report.

• The theft of a pocketbook containing cards worth $100 and $600 from the area of Drummond Avenue was reported on May2.

Arrests

• Bailey Page, 20, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on May 31 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Skylar Kube, 22, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on May 31 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Ava Schifano, 19, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue and on May 31 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• James Williams, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 31 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman James McGee.

• Kristopher Berkebile, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 29 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Bayhead was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on May 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Alejandro Guerrero-Dominguez, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Mohawk Lane on May 26 and charged with terroristic threats, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose by Patrolman Jeffery Lewandowski.

• Felix Sanchez-Trejo, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 25 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Christian Nelson.

• Jennifer Reilly, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on May 25 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Marta Martinez-Mundo, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 23 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Eliot Ramos.

• Tim Jackson, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of City Center Parking Lot on May 23 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Nihjer Hill, 28, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on May 20 and charged with criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and aggravated assault by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Justin Soto, 28, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Water Street on May 15 and charged with criminal attempt, theft, criminal simulation, hindering apprehension, wrongful impersonation and theft by deception by Patrolman Eliot Ramos.

• Ryan Cassidy, 24, of Clark, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on May 11 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Christian Nelson.

• Latinya Sattilaro, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 11 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Kevin McNair, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on May 9 and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Taylor Lanzet, 31, of Alpharetta, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on May 8 and charged with bad checks, forgery, criminal simulation, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Scenar Haddad, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Marine Park on May 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Alison Slick, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 7 and charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief by Detective Shane Dengel.

• Duda George-Madaline, 28, of Elizabeth, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 2 and charged with contempt of courtconspiracyburglarythefttheft by deceptioncredit card theftfraudulent use of credit card and receiving stolen property by Detective Michael Zadlock.

• Ebony Johnson, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on May 1 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Thomas Reevy, 48, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on May 1 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman James McGee.
