Police Report Stolen Narcotics from Hospital, Criminal Mischief & More

The following recent criminal incidents were reported by Red Bank police:

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Dec. 15 at a Maple Avenue store. The store manager advised that someone threw a metal object at the storefront window and broke it.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred sometime between Dec. 11 and 14. on Monmouth Street. The victim reported that someone damaged the fence and streetlight in the rear of the building.

Patrolmam  Benjamin Springer took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Dec. 17 at Riverview Plaza — Riverview Medical Center.  Someone allegedly stole three vials of narcotics from the operating room.

• A burglary/theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Dec. 11 and 18 on Westside Avenue. The owner of the property reported that someone gained entry to the home and a crystal and brass chandelier.

• A theft was reported on Dec. 18 to have occurred on Dec. 12 on Evergreen Terrace. The victim reported that someone stole a wallet containing ID and cash from a parked vehicle.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Dec. 19 on the corner of Monmouth Street and Bridge Avenue. The victim reported that someone keyed a parked vehicle on the hood, both doors and the rear fender.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Dec. 20 at a Broad Street restaurant/bar. The victim reported that someone stole her purse containing cash, ID, and iPhone and credit cards.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Dec. 20 at a Broad Street restaurant. The victim reported that someone stole her purse containing an iPhone, ID, debit card and cash.

Patrolman Shane Dengel took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Dec. 30 at 43 West Sunset Avenue. The victim reported that someone punctured all four tires on a parked vehicle.

Patrolman Sean Hauschildt took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Dec. 31 on West Bergen Place. A male juvenile was arrested for kicking and throwing objects at a parked vehicle, causing damage to the it.

• A burglary was reported to have occurred between Dec. 28 and 31 on Spring Street. The victim reported that someone stole several pieces of expensive jewelry and a guitar from her apartment.

Patrolman Sean Hauschildt took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Dec. 28 and Jan. 4 at a Leighton Avenue backyard shed. The victim reported that someone stole two leaf blowers, two weed whackers, three steel trimmers and two mountain bikes.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Jan 5 at a gym at 325 Maple Avenue. The victim reported that someone stole his black wallet containing cash, credit cards and ID.
