Rumson Police Report: DUI, Drug Possession, Disorderly

The following December and January arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Allan Levine, 57, of Manasquan, was arrested in the area of West River Road and Lafayette Street on Jan. 26 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Austin Lucisano, 20, of the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by S/O Donald Morse.

• Terence Donovan, 46, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Washington Street and West River Road on Jan. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct by S/O Thomas Hughes.

• Brendan McGhee, 30, of Oceanport, was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Michael Berger.

• Anagabrielle Atardi, 21, of West Long Branch, was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by S/O Michael Volker.

• James Carden II, 22, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by S/O Michael Volker.

• Michelle Mitchell, 48, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Bingham Avenue and Bingham Hill Circle on Dec. 12 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

Contempt of Court

• Michael Fish, 27, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge on Jan. 15 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Berger.

• David Memmott, 57, of Rumson, was arrested at police headquarters on Jan. 9 on a contempt of court warrant by S/O Donald Morse.

• Anthony Forgione-Russo, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rumson and Oakes roads on Jan. 8 on a contempt of court warrant by S/O Michael Volker.

• Adrian Santana, 25, of Elizabeth, was arrested on Dec. 29 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Berger.
