The following February and March arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Joseph Sedlak, 21, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of Meadowridge Park on March 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DUI) by Special Officer Michael Volker.

• Shane McGeehan, 18, of Spring Lake, was arrested in the area of Navesink Avenue and Blackpoint Horseshoe Road on March 19 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Special Officer Donald Morse.

• Alex Kelly, 23, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Osprey Lane on March 18 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Hunter Cox, 22, of Branchville, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Osprey Lane on March 18 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Rudolph Kastner, 53, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Forrest Avenue and Carton Street on March 8 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Kostantin Stathokostas, 37, of Forked River, was arrested in the area of Rumson and Oakes roads on Feb. 25 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Daniel Campanella.

• Anthony Rivera, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of East River Road and Meadowbrook Avenue on Feb. 22 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), contempt, and fugitive from justice by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Kevin Branin, 40, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of West River Road and Bingham Avenue on Feb. 13 on a contempt of court warrant by Detective Sgt. Chris Isherwood.

• Jordan Donohue, 23, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of the Oceanic Bridge on Feb. 13 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Special Officer Donald Morse.

• Claude Owen, 54, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Buena Vista Avenue on Feb. 5 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Daniel Campanella.

• Jake Mullaney, 22, of Colts Neck, in the area of Rumson Road and Club Way on Feb. 4 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
