Police Report: Theft, Marijuana Possession, DWIs, Criminal Mischief

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• A theft from a vehicle in the area of Riverview Plaza was reported on Oct. 31. The victim reported that sometime between Oct. 25 and 26 a radar locator, valued at $400, was stolen from the vehicle.

Patrolman Sean Hauschildt took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area  of Bank Street was reported on Nov. 3. The victim reported that eggs were thrown at their home and car on or about Oct. 31.

Patrolman Cevin Albert took the report.

• A theft in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Nov. 5. The victim reported that seven black males approached him and took his wallet, containing $120 and ID, and his Galaxy 7 phone.

Patrolman George Travostino took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Nov. 7.  The victim reported that two display lights were removed and turned upside down on the property. It was also reported that two posts were pulled out of the ground that were attached to advertisement signs but neither sign was damaged.

• An incident of criminal mischief at a business in the area of Broad Street was reported on Nov. 9. An employee reported that new graffiti was found on a fence belonging to the business.

Patrolman Benjamin Springer took the report.

 

 

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Oakland Street was reported on Nov. 13. The victim reported that a rock was thrown through the front window of the residence.

Patrolman Nicholas Maletto took the report.

• The theft of a Louis Vuitton bag, make-up bag and diamond engagement ring from a vehicle in the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Nov. 11. The bag, valued at $1,200, was reported to have contained a make-up bag valued at $375 and an engagement ring valued at $17,000.

• A theft at a store in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Nov. 11. A male allegedly placed items valued at $5 in his pocket and refused to take them out when confronted by store employees. The male subject fled the store.

Patrolman Gary Watson Jr. took the report.

• A theft at a store in the area of Mechanic Street was reported on Nov. 10. The victim reported that clothing items and accessories, valued at $20,661 were stolen from the store.

Arrests

• Dennis Dellaportas, 21, of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of West Front Street and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• John Griffin, 20, of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of West Front Street and charged with  possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Terrence Harrington, 20, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Sean Joyce, 20, of the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of West Front Street and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Alexis Johnson, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 31 in the area of Combs Alley and charged with shoplifting, resisting arrest and contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

 

• Marcos Medina-Cuevas, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of Spring Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

 

Contempt of Court

• Patrick C. O’Connell, 23, of Little Silver, was arrested on Nov. 12 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Silvana Lombardo, 41, of Oakhurst, was arrested on Nov. 12 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Kenneth Kunz, 29, of Lakehurst, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Kevin Clark, 52, of Freehold, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of Pearl Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Tyrod Flowers, 23, of Neptune, was arrested on Nov. 8 in the area of Riverview Plaza on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Bryan Hueston, 24, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 8 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.

• Justin Fers, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 8 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.

• Bobaya Meyers, 36, of Long Branch, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Merita Lesi, 44, of Sayreville, was arrested on Nov. 3 in the area of West Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Ronald Tindal, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 3 in the area of Locust Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Juan Carolos Bonilla, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 2 in the area of Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.

• Jose Canelo, 56, of Neptune, was arrested on Nov. 2 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
