Police Report: Theft, DWI, CDS Possession

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• There was a report of theft on May 6 in the area of Saks Off Fifth, Broad Street. The victim reported that someone stole $399.99 worth of merchandise.

Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro is investigating.

Arrests

• Nicholas J. Panduri, 23, of Oakhurst, was arrested on May 7 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Derek Myers.

• Victor Miranda, 47, of Long Branch, was arrested on May 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

• Ieterrah L. Grimes, 24, of Asbury Park, was arrested on May 9 and charged with shoplifting and contempt of court (COC) in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Sgt. Tracy Polk.

Contempt of Court

• Wesley A. Kelly, 36, of Asbury Park, was arrested on May 7 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Broad Street by Special Officer Kyle Ludwig.

• Lisa M. Smiley, 46, of Lincroft, was arrested on May 9 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Newman Springs Road by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

• Jenna Kowitski, 18, of Sea Bright, was arrested on May 12 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Marjorie Brickley, 55, of Eatontown, was arrested on May 13 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Patrolman Angel Marrero.
