Police Report: Theft, Criminal Mischief, Marijuana

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of theft in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Jan. 12. The victim reported that a black and gray GB stroller, valued at $500, was taken from the entrance of the residence.

Patrolman Jonathan Quispe took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Deforrest Avenue was reported on Jan. 1.  A resident reported that a short Hispanic male with dreadlocks and carrying a book bag is continuously taking down part of the fence on the property.

Patrolman Milton Gray IV took the report.

Arrests

• Julian H. Leon, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 12 in the area of Water Street and charged with shoplifting and possession of prescription LEG by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Jessica Pascalli, 33, of Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 5 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with shoplifting and contempt of court by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Andrew Kyles, 65, of Neptune, was arrested on Jan. 4 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.

• Tara Anderson, 21, of Union Beach, was arrested on Jan. 1 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

Contempt of Court

• Benjamin P. Ware, 26, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Jan. 10 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• John Lupino, 20, of Keansburg, was arrested on Jan. 10 in the area of Maple Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.

• Steven Lee Curren, 35, of Toms River, was arrested on Jan. 10 in the area of Coopers Bridge on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Casey Vota, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested on Jan. 10 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Ronald Tindal, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 6 in the area of West Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Christopher Auge, 40, of Trenton, was arrested on Jan. 6 in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.
