Police Report: Theft, Criminal Mischief

The following recent criminal incidents were reported by Red Bank police:

• The theft of several items from a home on Oakland Street was reported on Nov. 21. The victim reported there was no forced entry into the residence. The items missing are: a flannel shirt, a pillow, a pair of sweat pants, black P.F. Fliers shoes and two MVMT watches valued at $130 and $100.

• The theft from a Water Street store of 10 boxes of razor blades and five powdered baby formula packages, valued at $286, was reported on Nov 19.

• The theft of a set of black binoculars and loose change, valued at $255, were stolen from a vehicle left unlocked and parked in an Elm Street driveway as reported on Nov. 19.

• The theft of a pink Huffy beach cruiser with a blue basket, blue wheels, blue handlebar grips and a bell on the right handle bar and a silver/black Kryptonite chain and lock, from inside a Clinton Place garage was reported on Nov. 19. The bike and lock are valued at $130.

• A theft from a vehicle in the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Nov. 17. The victim reported that a gray Toshiba laptop, valued at $400, was missing from behind the driver’s seat.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of South Street was reported on Nov. 17. The victim reported that unknown subjects attempted to force entry to his vehicle through the driver’s side and passenger door jams. No items were stolen or missing.

• An incident of theft was reported on Nov. 15. A delivery driver reported that a wrong credit card was used to pay a $33 bill.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Nov. 14 in the area of Mohawk Lane. A fire was reportedly set to the turf and baseball field at Count Basie Park. the turf was damaged in a circular motion.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Oakland Street was reported on Nov. 14. The victim reported that someone sprayed red spray paint on the front grill of their vehicle.
