Police Report: DWI, Theft, Assault, Disorderly, Harassment, Marijuana

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• An incident of theft in the area of Herbert Street was reported on July 15. It was reported that a Play Station 4 Slim, valued at $199, and an Xbox, valued at $399, were stolen from the rear of a yard.

Patrolman Benjamin Springer took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported in the area of West Front Street on July 5. It was reported that a fence and railing were broken and laying on the ground.

 Arrests
• Jose Concepcion, 21, of Fords, was arrested on July 15 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Robert Aiello, 26, of Middletown, was arrested on July 15 in the area of Reckless Place and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Karen Owens, 50, of Middletown, was arrested on July 13 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Jason Delmeir, 31, of Middletown, was arrested on July 11 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Clayton McLellan, 22, of Middletown, was arrested on July 11 in the area of West Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Thomas Armstrong, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 10 in the area of Wall Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Morgan Ohara, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 9 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Felipe Flores, 23, of Harrison, was arrested on July 9 in the area of Harding Road and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Lea Brantly, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 9 in the area of South Street and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and contempt of court by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Donald Medler, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 9 in the area of E. Westside Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Joseph Nolan, 53, of Allentown, was arrested on July 8 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• David Bender, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 8 in the area of East Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Philip Berg, 57, of Eatontown, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with harassment and criminal trespass by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Bonnie Smock, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 7 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Ryan Collins, 32, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 5 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with theft by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Donald Silva, 64, of Eatontown, was arrested on July 5 in the area of Mohawk Lane and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Amanda Kernahan, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 5  in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Aldo Flores-Conde, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 1 in the area of Wall Street and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Robert Frost, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 14 in the area of West Bergen Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Dainel Kahlbom, 28, of Williamstown, was arrested on July 12 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Thelmo Lopez-Espana, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 11 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Roseanne Prefer, 46, of Keansburg, was arrested on July 10 in the area of Peters Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Christopher Rovinsky, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 9 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
