Police Report: Burglary, Theft, Assault, Weapons Possession, Drugs, DWI

The following December criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of River street was reported on Dec. 27. The owner of a vehicle reported that all four tires on a vehicle, valued at $708 had been slashed.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Catherine Street was reported on Dec. 22. The owner of a vehicle reported that a concrete block was thrown at it, causing a broken driver’s side window valued at $400.

• The theft of a Coach handbag — containing $500 in cash, a NJ driver’s license, vehicle keys, residence keys, credit and/or debit cards and a green iPhone 12 — from a Broad Street business was reported on Dec. 22.

• The shoplifting of an unknown amount of laundry detergent and soap from a Broad Street business was reported on Dec. 4.

Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich took the report.

• The shoplifting of an unknown amount of Cetaphil lotion and cleanser from a Water Street business was reported on Dec. 4.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• The theft of a silver and green Giant bicycle, valued at $500, from the rear of a Broad Street business was reported on Dec. 4.

Arrests

• Paul Fixsen, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Dec. 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.

• DeJuan Marshall, 42, of Clifton, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Dec. 28 and charged with attempt to elude police by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• William Galbally, 29, of New York, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Dec. 27 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Melvin Brown, 35, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on Dec. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Kristina Sterling, 27, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 25 and charged with possession/distribution of hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Dennis Pereira, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on Dec. 24 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Danielle Galante, 27, of Englishtown, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 19 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Sean Coon, 27, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Wilfredis Menjivar-Menjivar, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Dec. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Ronald Kollman, 44, of Somers Point, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Dec. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Sean Durkin, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Dec. 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Keith Serwatka, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Dec. 8 and charged with burglary and criminal mischief by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Braulio Martinez-Huerta, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 5 and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Benito Quiroz-Merino, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 5 and charged with possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapons, disorderly conduct and contempt of court by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Irene Napolitano, 60, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

** Police reported nine arrests solely on contempt of court warrants. **
