Police: Several Arrested on Assault, DWI, Marijuana Possession Charges

The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Marc Pines, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 23 in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Paulius Delekas, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 22 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Mary Treza, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 20 in the area of Water Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Anthony Carrozza, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 20 in the area of Union Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Gary Watson.

• Elizabeth Popoca-Romero, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 21 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Ronald Tindal, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 19 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS (under 50 grams of marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court (COC) by patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• A 14-year-old male juvenile, of Middletown, was arrested on June 18 in the area of Union Street and charged with possession of an imitation firearm, unlawful possession of a handgun, simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• A 16-year-old male juvenile, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on June 18 in the area of Water Street and charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Noah Dubuss, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 18 in the area of South Street and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of a CDS (under 50 grams of marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman George Travostino.

• David Searight, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on June 23 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with obstructing the administration of the law and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman George Travostino.
