Police Report: Theft, DWI, Drug Possession, Criminal Mischief, Shoplifting

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• There was a report of a theft in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 30. The victim reported that $265 worth of merchandise was stolen.

Patrolman Kyle Ludwig is investigating.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Blades Run Drive was reported on Nov. 27. The victim reported that property was vandalized with damages totaling $150.

Patrolman Angel Marrero is investigating.

• There was a report of a theft in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 26. The victim reported that someone stole $250 worth of property.

Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola is investigating.

• There was a report of a theft in the area of Trafalgar Place on Nov. 26. The victim reported that $150 worth of packages were stolen b.

Sgt. Jessica Boyd is investigating.

• There was a report of a $356 shoplifting in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 23.

Sgt. Tracy Polk is investigating.

ARRESTS

• Alex R. Goracy, 32, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Dec. 5 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Justin R. Jackson, 32, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Dec. 4 and charged with theft by deception by Patrolman Derek Myers.

• David C. Guerin, 21, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Sickles Place on Nov. 28 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Ralph Latham.

• Cassandra L. Agaman, 34, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Broad Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and contempt of court by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• Heidi L. Gaetano, 42, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• Adrianna Donato, 18, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Ralph Latham.
