Police Report: Theft, Aggravated Assault, DWI, Defiant Trespass, Drug Possession, Disorderly, Criminal Mischief

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief at the ground level of the parking garage on Globe Court was reported on Oct. 20. The owner of a gray Toyota Corolla reported that while parked in the garage, the rear windshield of the car was shattered. Damages were estimated at approximately $300.

Thefts from two cars in the area of Mohawk Drive were reported on Oct. 1. Several items were reportedly stolen from the vehicles which were later recovered behind a bush nearby. One item, a black Billabong wallet containing a NJ driver’s license was not recovered.

Arrests

• Lamar Hicks, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 29 and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Luchretia Jackson, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 29 and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief by Lt. Errico Vescio.

• Raymond Sanborn, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Christian Rebscher, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on Oct. 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Michale Baron.

• Brian Rydstrom, 52, of Lebanon, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 27 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Robert Lahey, 26, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 26 and charged with theft by Detective Paul Perez.

• Quajanay White, 18, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• David Scholl, 66, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Marquise Taylor, 24, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Russell Witman, 53, of Pine Beach, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Joann Greene, 65, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 25 and charged with shoplifting by Detective James DePonte.

• James Tober, 63, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 23 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Sean Kosloski, 36, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 21 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• James Doherty, 50, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Oct. 20 and charged with theft by Detective James DePonte.

• Douglas Hernandez-Monge, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 20 and charged with driving while suspended by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Daniel Ramos, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Oct. 20 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.

• Ryan Jacobs, 22, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of Wharf Avenue on Oct. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Erik Valentine, 35, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Wharf Avenue on Oct. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Jeremy Perez, 28, of Sea Bright, was arrested in the area of Wharf Avenue on Oct. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Jonathan Jimenez-Melo, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Oct. 11 and charged with robbery, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Sulten Radoncic, 35, of Manalapan, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Oct. 10 and charged with contempt of court and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Amber Greene, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 10 and charged with receiving stolen property, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• John Jacobs, 26, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Oct. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• David Foggy, 47, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Pearl Street on Oct. 6 and charged with possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Ziyadah Perry, 41, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

**Police also reported 14 arrests on contempt of court warrants, including one fugitive from justice, Daniel Acker, 34, of Long Branch.**
