Police Report: Sexual Assault, Terroristic Threats, Theft, Criminal Mischief, Drugs, Disorderly

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Oct. 31. Eggs were reportedly thrown at the front door of a Bank Street residence on two separate occasions.

• The theft of a blue/teal-colored Schwinn mountain bike, valued at $200, from the area of Count Basie Park was reported on Oct. 27.

Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.

• The theft of a Halloween Jack-O-Lantern, weighing 75 to 100 lbs and valued at $100, was reported stolen from the front lawn of a Leroy Place residence on Oct. 11.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• The theft of an unsecured black SE bicycle with a red seat and rims and purple spokes, valued at $1,300 from the area of Dr. James Parker Boulevard was reported on Oct. 9.

Sgt. Jorge Torres took the report.

• The theft of a locked Diamond Back black hybrid mountain bike, valued at $500, was reported on Oct. 7.

Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.

Arrests

• Antonio Carino-Martiniez, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 22 and charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and contempt of court by Detective Paul Perez.

• Andrew Jacomme, 18, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Oct. 22 and charged with theft by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Jimel Jaafar, 33, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 16 and charged with terroristic threats/violence by Detective Paul Perez.

• Honora Rose, 51, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza and on Oct. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Jay Sweezey, 34, of Lexington, KY, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct by SLEO James Courtney.

• Lauren Foley, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leroy Place on Oct. 13 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Joseph Lisita, 29, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on Oct. 10 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Bryan McCallen-Estrada, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 8 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• James Ramirez, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 8 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Michael Roebuck, 32, of Valpariso, IN, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 5 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Leroy Thomas, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Oct. 4 and charged with simple assault by Sgt. Jorge Torres.

• Olga McIntyre, 27, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Oct. 4 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
