Police Report: Identity Theft, Contempt

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incident

• There was a report of identity theft in the area of White Street on Nov. 21. The victim reported that unknown person(s) obtained information to make fraudulent purchases totaling $651.06.

Patrolman Tyler Fox is investigating.

Arrests/Contempt of Court

• Barbara S. Yeninas, 77, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 20 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Rebecca A. Hurl, 24, of Belford, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 19 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Matthew Clark.

• Kerri A. Peterson, 42, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 16 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Artis D. Edwards, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Nov. 15 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Lina Nieves, 25, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Nov. 14 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

• Stacy Gonzalez, 37, of Linden, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 11 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• Delkeith K. Birch, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 11 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Matthew Clark.
