Police Report: Harassment, Theft, Violation of Court Order, Contempt

The following contempt, parole and court order violations and related arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Vanessa Flores, 21, of Kimberly Court in Red Bank, was arrested on March 21 by Patrolman Julian Reis on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $250 bail.

• Keith Ettis, 29, of Frost Circle in Middletown, was arrested on March 21 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on contempt of court (COC) warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $500 bail set by Judge James Berube.

• Michael Calamari, 34, of Austin Street in Tinton Falls, was arrested on March 24 by Patrolman Nicholas Manochio on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail set by Judge James Berube.

• Barry Sanns, 27, of Waterwich Avenue in Highlands, was arrested on March 24 by Patrolman Nicholas Zubkow on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,250 bail set by Judge James Berube.

• Andrew Stanowski, 28, of Ocean Avenue in Beechwood, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Manchester Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $301 bail.

• David Garcia, 41, of Westminster Boulevard in Parlin, was arrested on March 25 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with theft, forgery, credit card theft, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of testosterone and Suboxone, and on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released pending a court date.

• Robert Fiore, 19, of Palmer Avenue in Holmdel, was arrested on March 26 by Patrolman Richard Raike on a violation of parole warrant.

He was held pending a court date.

• Sarna Alexandra, 26, of White Horse Parkway in Pomona, was arrested on March 28 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $1,000 bail set by Judge James Berube.

• Khaled Abdel-Hamid Gabr, 32, of Atlantic Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 30 by Patrolman Julian Reis for violation of a court order.

He was held on bail.

• Norah Meshal, 35, from Woodlake Avenue in Parlin, was arrested on March 30 by Cpl. Robert McNair for violation of a court order.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option set by Judge James Berube.

• Michael Thacke, 27, of Bonnie Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 31 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel and charged with harassment, theft, violation of a court order and criminal restraint.

He was released after posting $7,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Berube.

• Richard Rogalski, 45, of Second Avenue in Asbury Park, was arrested on March 31 by Corporal Richard Fusella on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• William Connors, 37, of 7th Street in West Keansburg, was arrested on April 3 by Patrolman Kent Thornton on contempt of court (COC) warrants issued by the Union Beach, Hazlet and Frankford municipal courts.

He was held on $2,240 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Carl Taylor, 47, of Walnut Avenue in Red Bank, was arrested on April 4 by Cpl. Mark Ward on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail, set by Judge Berube.

• Shaquille Stevens, 20, of Central Place in Orange, was arrested on April 4 by Patrolman John Soltysik on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Newark Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $5,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Pratt.

• Christian Nietschke, 21, of Church Lane in Middletown, was arrested on April 4 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert on contempt of court (COC) warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $2,750 bail set by Judge Berube.

• Michelle Jordat, 33, of Essex Street in Middletown, was arrested on April 5 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released on $500 bail, set by Judge Berube.

• Edward Cooney, 29, of Lane C in Hazlet, was arrested on April 6,  by Cpl. Lawrence Seymour on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

He was held on $750 bail.

• Philip Marino, 31, of Kevan Place in Middletown, was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Atlantic City Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $350 bail, set by Judge Moore.

• Renee Lardiere, 31, of Weldon Road in Edison, was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $350 bail, set by Judge Berube.

• Hollie Savage, 39, of North 7th Avenue in Mount Vernon, was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on a contempt of court (COC) warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $901 bail, set by Judge Berube.

• Trevon Vaccaro, 20, of West 18th Street in Bayonne, was arrested on April 9 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $962 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Jason Creekmur, 33, of Marcella Drive in Union, was arrested on April 9 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on contempt of court warrants issued by the Union Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail, set by Judge Rosenbluth.
