Police Report: Fraud, CDS Possession, Contempt

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• There was a report of an incident of fraud in the area of CVS, Broad Street, on April 4. The victim reported that someone falsified documents to receive narcotics.

Patrolman Ralph Latham is investigating.

Arrests

• Amanda M. Bofill, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 1 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

Contempt of Court

• Justin P. Tucker, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on April 6 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• Joseph M. Boyle, 32, of Manville, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on April 6 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
