Police Report: Burglary, Drug Possession, DWI

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• There was a report of a burglary in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 1. The victim reported that someone gained entry to the building and stole merchandise.

Patrolman Angel Marrero and Detective Sgt. James Ramsey are investigating.

• There was a report of a shoplifting in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 1. The victim reported that someone stole merchandise.

Patrolman Derek Myers is investigating.

Arrests

• Mark Smith, 60, of Belmar, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• Niles Ramos, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 6 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

• Delores Phillips, 30, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 6 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Darryl E. Edwards, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 4 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

• Constanti N. Dudzinski, 20, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 4 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and contempt of court by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

Contempt of Court

• Rosa L. Gleason-Daniels, 60, of Jersey City, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Oct. 13 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Marc Belfer, 46, of Jackson, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Oct. 9 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Matthew Clark.

• Linda Curley, 49, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 9 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Michelle K. Rhoden, 39, of Shrewsbury Township, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 8 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Kyle Ludwig.

• Isaiah C. Cudup, 24, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Oct. 5 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Matthew Clark.

• Clarence D. Willis, 52, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Oct. 4 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Tyler Fox.

• Joshua M. Mogene, 31, of Linden, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Oct. 4 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Tyler Fox.

• Wayne Stevens, 35, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Oct. 3 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Mahkiya S. Stokes, 19, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 2 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

• Daryl L. Johnson-Brown, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 2 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

• Arthur Deeken, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Oct. 1 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
