Police Report: Alleged Heroin Dealers Busted; Child Endangerment, $100K Bail

The following recent arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Jonah Fernandez, 26, of Reading Road in Edison, was arrested on Nov. 15 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with aggravated assault.

He was released after posting $5,000 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Justin Lewallen, 23, of Division Street in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 13 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic marijuana.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail, with a 10 percent option set by Judge James Berube.

• Joseph Mira,  37, of Clarissa Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 13 by Patrolman Raymond Scofield and charged with possession of heroin.

He was released pending a court date.

• Steven Vogel, 28, of Brookside Road in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 13 by Cpl. Andrew Micalizzi and charged with aggravated assault by auto and driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Brandon Soto, 18, of Thompson Avenue in Middletown, was  arrested on Nov. 11 by Patrolman Christopher Melendez and charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a drug paraphernalia.

He was released after posting $5,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Laura Fulloon, 50, of Dartmouth Avenue in Avenel, was arrested on Nov. 11 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and charged with possession of heroin, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• On Nov. 11, Patrolman Christopher Menendez arrested a 15-year-old female juvenile from Middletown and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a prohibited weapon and underage possession of alcohol.

She was released pending a court date.

• Zachary Dorsey, 22, of Port Monmouth Road in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 16 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, conspiracy, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $91,000 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Edwardo Robles, 27, of Murray Lane in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 16 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with  possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $76,000 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Martin McNeeley, 30, of The Terrace in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 16 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with possession of alcohol on school property.

He was released pending a court date.

• Juan Carmona, 27, of Raritan Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 17 by Patrolman Michael Reuter and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Renee Fallin, 23, of Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 18 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

She was released pending a court date.

• Thomas Parnell, 24, of Woodside Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 18 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• Peter Ramon, 31, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 18 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $7,500 bail, set by Judge Alfred D’Auria.

• On Nov. 18, Patrolman Joshua Midose arrested two 15-year-old female juveniles from Middletown and charged them with unlawful possession of prescription medication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were released pending a court date.

• Sean Kirk, 28, of Shadow Lake Drive in Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 19 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of cocaine.

He was released pending a court date.

• On Nov. 19,  Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• On Nov. 19, Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from the Belford section of Middletown and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

• Michael Lovett, 37, of West 74th Street in New York, NY, was arrested on Nov. 21 by Patrolman John Walsifer on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Sea Girt Municipal Court and for possession of Alprazolam and Amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released after posting $10,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Amanda Rose, 36, of Irvington Avenue in West Long Branch, was arrested on Nov. 21 by Patrolman David Ringkamp and charged with  driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• Delores Whitney, 36, of Center Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 23 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes and charged with  shoplifting from the Shop Rite store.

She was released pending a court date.

• Colleen Grothusen,  28, of Oak Street in Hazlet, was arrested on Nov. 23 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes and charged with shoplifting from the Shop Rite store.

She was released pending a court date.

• Alexis Gallo, 36, of Somerset Drive in Rumson, was arrested on Nov. 23 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was held on $11,000 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Amber Lucisano, 27, of Orchard Street in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 23 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown, Long Branch and Ocean municipal courts.

She was held on $47,682 bail.

• Mirah Jones, 20, of Valley Drive in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 24 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

• Jesse Bilodeau, 35, of 9th Street in Union Beach, was arrested on Nov. 24 by Patrolman Michael Heaton and charged with theft.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Barry Seward, 49, of Main Street in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 30 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy.

He was released on his own recognizance.

• Peter White, 19, of Second Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 28 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Ronald Roy Sr., 64, of Bayside Parkway in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 28 by Sgt. Donald Coates and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

He was held on $100,000 bail, set by Judge Quinn of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

• Jeanine Veress, 18, of Main Street in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 26 by Patrolman Raymond Scofield and charged with underage possession of alcohol.

She was released pending a court date.

• Amanda Bigelow, 18, of Kings Highway East in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 26 by Patrolman Raymond Scofield and charged with underage possession of alcohol.

She was released pending a court date.

• Marcus Blackmon, 18, of Royal Court in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 29 by Patrolman John Mele and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• John Vogel, 23, of Crestview Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 28 by Patrolman John Mele and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Joseph Fenton, 20, of Forest Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 28 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Greg Kohlbecker, 60, of Parker Avenue in Little Silver, was arrested on Nov. 26 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Seamus Mulroy, 23, of Hillside Road in Elizabeth, was arrested on Nov. 26 by Patrolman John Walsifer and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Pamela Hall, 31, of Henry Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with obstructing the administration of law.

She was released pending a court date.
