Fair Haven Police Report: Alleged Marijuana Dealer Arrested; Theft, Fraud

The following November criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• A Third Street resident reported on Nov. 19 that someone had stole a bicycle from her driveway. Sgt. Jesse Dykstra took the theft report.

• Harrison Ave resident reported on Nov. 9 that an unknown person or people attempted to open a charge account in the victim’s name. Detective Stephen Schneider took the fraud report.

• A Third Street resident reported on Nov. 8 that a bicycle was stolen from his driveway. Patrolman John Koetzner took the theft report.

• A Harrision Avenue resident reported on Nov. 3 that a juvenile’s bike was stolen from the bike rack of Knollwood School. Patrolman Brooks Robinson took the theft report.

• A Buena Vista Ave resident reported on Nov. 2 that a bicycle was stolen from her driveway. Patrolman John Koetzner took the theft report.

• A Harvard Road resident reported on Nov. 1 the theft of an iPhone from inside her vehicle which was parked in her driveway. Cpl. John Waltz took the report.

Arrests

• Claire Grieco, 62, of Eatontown, was arrested on Nov. 23 and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman Dwayne Reevey.  She was released after posting bail.

Ptl. Dwayne Reevey was the arresting officer.

Jonmichael Puryear, 23, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Nov. 13 following a motor vehicle stop and charged with eluding, aggravated assault, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute, as well as several traffic violations.

He was held on $20,000 bail at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

• Maura Ffrench, 18, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana. by Patrolman John Koetzner. Ffrench was released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance.

• A 16-year-old juvenile from Fair Haven was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman John Koetzner.

• A 17-year-old juvenile from Red Bank was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Officer Michael Volker.

Contempt of Court

• Erin O’ Connell, 36, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Nov. 28 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant.  She was released after posting bail. Det. Stephen Schneider was the arresting Officer.

• Jason Hall, 44, of Fair Haven, was arrested by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra on Nov. 14 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant. He was released after posting bail.

• Stanley T. Butler, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 10 a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Brooks Robinson.  Butler was released after posting bail.
