Prosecutor: Human Remains Unearthed at Construction Site; ‘No Foul Play’

An initial forensic analysis of human remains discovered during the excavation of a Wall residential construction site in March has indicated that there was no evidence of foul play involved, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago and Wall Township Police Chief Sean O’Halloran jointly announced today.

A lifetime Rumsonite, Doug was born to Joanne and Doug Yorke on Aug. 20, 1951 and grew up in Rumson, where he would later raise his three children.
