Police Report: Theft, CDS Possession

The following criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incident

• There was a report of a theft on Oct. 15 in the area of Charles Humbling, Broad Street. The victim reported that someone stole property valued at approximately $389.

Patrolman Joseph Barnicle is investigating.

Arrests

• Dimitri L. Rago, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested on Oct. 16 in the area of Broad Street and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Matthew Clark.

Contempt of Court

• Philip Crozier, 60, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on Oct. 22 in the area of Sycamore Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Sgt. Jessica Boyd.

• Jessica M. Lee, 31, of Eatontown, was arrested on Oct. 21 in the area of Sycamore Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

• Phylicia S. Noble, 28, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested on Oct. 18 in the area of Sycamore Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
