Police Report: Theft, DWIs, Criminal Mischief, Marijuana

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of theft in the area of Harding Road was reported on Oct. 18. The victim reported that credit cards and a NJ driver’s license were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• An incident of  theft in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Oct. 18. The victim reported that a wallet was stolen.

Patrolman Jorge Torres took the report.

• An incident of theft in the area of E. Newman Springs Road was reported on Oct. 18. Shoplifted items were recovered.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported in the area of W. Front Street on Oct. 16. The victim reported that damage was done to a Halloween display in the front yard including graffiti scrolled on a large chair and pumpkins being stolen.

Sgt. David Hicks took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Oct. 12. The victim reported that there was damage to the hood of his vehicle due to someone jumping on it.

Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of W. Bergen Place was reported on Oct. 12. The victim reported damage to their fence.

Arrests

• Patsy Townsend, 37, of W. Long Branch, was arrested on Oct. 16 in the area of Mechanic Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Dwayne J. Gutridge, 25, of Neptune, was arrested on Oct. 16 in the area of Wharf Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.

• John Ballantyne, 27, of Levittown, NY, was arrested on Oct. 16 in the area of Bodman Place and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Gary Watson.

• Julie Ballantyne, 23, of Levittown, NY, was arrested on Oct. 16 in the area of Bodman Place and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Susan Ballantyne, 22, of Levittown, NY, was arrested on Oct. 16 in the area of Bodman Place and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

• Carl Stainagle, 66, of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 15 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Kayla Cuttitta, 20, of Toms River, was arrested on Oct. 12 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Contempt of Court

• Aaron W. Card, 38, was arrested on Oct. 12 in the area of W. Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

• Jakemia M. Miller, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 12 in the area of Central Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Courtney L. Shambaugh, 30, of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 12 in the area of Mohawk Lane on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Ose S. Gaigbe-Togbe, 26, of Hazlet, was arrested on Oct. 14 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Elizabeth Immerman, 50, of Lincroft, was arrested on Oct. 15 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Garrett Falco.
