Police Report: Theft, Criminal Mischief, Marijuana, DWI, Harassment, Assault

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• A theft in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Oct. 7. The victim reported that $14.99 worth of items were shoplifted from an establishment.

Patrolman Benjamin Springer took the report.

• A theft in the area of Water Street was reported on Oct. 7. The victim reported that several items were missing/shoplifted from a store shelf.

Patrolman Sean Hauschildt took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Oct. 7. A bottle was reportedly thrown from a school bus, striking a vehicle in the area of Bridge Avenue.

Patrolman Milton Gray IV took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Oct. 9 in the area of Broad Street. The victim reported a shoplifting. All items were returned.

Patrolman George Travostino took the report.

• A theft in the area of William Street was reported on Oct. 11. A mint green beach cruiser bicycle, valued at $375 was reported stolen from a front porch in the area of William Street.

Arrests

• Brian Arnott, 47, of Brielle, was arrested on Oct. 5 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Thomas Sherlock, 23, of Newark, was arrested on Oct. 6 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant and  hindering apprehension charge by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Michael P. Caputo, 19, of Keyport, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the area of N. Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Jacob Czajkowsi, 19, of Lincroft, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the area of Central Avenue and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Raymond Baker, 20, of Keansburg, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the area of N. Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Talia Hill, 18, of Long Branch, was arrested on Oct. 8 in the area of West Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant and hindering apprehension charge by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Justin A. Taylor, 23, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Oct. 8 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with theft by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Victor Mauricio Antemate-Diaz, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 8 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Transito R. Torres-Beltranena, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 9 in the area of S. Bridge Avenue and charged with harassment and assault by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Andrew J. Connolly, 23, of Montrose, NY, was arrested on Oct. 10 in the area of Rector Place and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

Contempt of Court

• Erik Garcia-Barrios, 38, of Long Branch, was arrested on Oct. 9 in the area of Harding Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Tracey Sadowski, 46, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Oct. 8 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Adriana DeCastro, 43, of Keyport, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Patricia Rivers, 25, of South River, was arrested on Oct. 6 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Gerardo Perez-Barrerra, 28, of Freehold, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Steven Barsolona, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 6 in the area of Spring Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Terry Haupt, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 5 in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.

• Keith Brooks, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 5 in the area of W. Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
