The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Gerardo J. Flores-Ramirez, 27, of Leonardo, was arrested on Sept. 18 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana) by Patrolman Garrett Falco Jr..

• Humberto Pineda, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 18 in the area of Broad Street and charged with defiant trespassing by Patrolman Dawn Shields.

• Anthony Trojanowski, 31, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Sept. 17 in the area of Wharf Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Luis Vazques-Herrera, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 17 in the area of Bank Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Christopher, Ferraco, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept.14 in the area of N. Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Garrett Falco Jr..

• Liam J. Fulton, 21, of Hazlet, was arrested on Sept. 12 in the area of River Road and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Byron James Carroll, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 11 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Robert James Frost, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 11 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with disorderly conduct and on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Glenn Bloodgood, 49, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Sept. 10 in the area of River Road and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Andrew J. Markoff, 26, of Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 10 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Jonathan Hernandez, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 6 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with simple assault by Sgt. David Hicks.

• Miguel Martinez-Ruben, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 6 in the area of Herbert Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Jessica Barabatko, 22, of Englishtown, was arrested on Sept. 6 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Officer Michael Baron.

• Omar Moses Santamaria, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 6 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with burglary and criminal mischief by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Jose Angel Hernandez-Hernandez, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 4 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with hindering apprehension and on contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Silviano Pena-Sanchez, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 3 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana) by Patrolman Garrett Falco Jr..

• Daniella A. Vigorito, 23, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on Sept. 2 in the area of Reckless Place and charged with possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Jordan Cesaro, 22, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on Sept. 2 in the area of Broad Street and charged with possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Aaron W. Card, 38, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Sept. 1 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct and on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.
