Police Report: Theft, Theft by Deception, Contempt

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incident

• There was a report of a theft in the area of Panera Bread, Broad Street, on Sept. 8. The victim reported that someone removed merchandise from the store.

Patrolman Tyler Fox is investigating.

Arrests

• Deanna Brown, 27, of Neptune, was arrested on Sept. 6 in the area of Sycamore Avenue and charged with theft  by deception by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

Contempt of Court

• Devin Grosse, 24, of Ocean, was arrested on Sept. 9 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.

• Jennifer A. Lillie, 46, of Ocean, was arrested on Sept. 6 in the area of Sycamore Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ralph Latham.

• Iziem Jackson, 20, of Eatontown, was arrested on Sept. 4 in the area of Sycamore Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Sgt. Tracy Polk.

• Geraldine R. Holguin, 57, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Sept. 3 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tyler Fox.
