Police Report: Credit Card Theft, DWIs, Forgery, Assault

The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Alexandria Nicolette Paige Fers, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 21 and charged with shoplifting and contempt of court (COC) in the area of Water Street by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Kieran C. Connir, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 24 and charged with possession of a CDS in the area of Herbert Street by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Maria Ines Lino-Delgado, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 24 and charged with simple assault in the area of Monmouth Street by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Sherry Confino, 56, of Colonia, was arrested on April 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) in the area of Harding Road by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Joseph J. Colantuoni, 32, of Highlands, was arrested on April 25 and charged with shoplifting and possession of a CDS in the area of Water Street by Patrolman Garrett Falco Jr.

• Mohammed B. Hoosein, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) in the area of Rector Place by Officer Michael Baron.

• Luchretia Shanik Jackson, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 26 and charged with disorderly conduct and contempt of court in the area of Newman Springs Road by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Jonathan G Valentine, 21, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on April 27 and charged with credit card theft and forgery in the area of Monmouth Street by Patrolman James DePonte.

• Kieran Thomas Sullivan, 28 of Brooklyn, N.Y. was arrested on April 27 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the area of Riverside Avenue by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Christopher J. Ruggeri, 21, of Neptune, was arrested on April 28 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with credit card theft and forgery in the area of Monmouth Street by Patrolman James DePonte.

• Khalil Mansour Abdullah, 29, of Eatontown, was arrested on April 29 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of CDS and simple assault by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.

• Havon Thadius Couslar, 29, of Neptune, was arrested on April 29 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Gregory A. Wilkins, 36, of Neptune, was arrested on April 30 in the area of Linden Place and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Regina Orlando, 24, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on May 1 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jhonattan Quispe.

• Colleen V. Smith, 21, of Lakewood, was arrested on May 1 in the area of West Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Gregory A. Wilkins, 36, of Neptune, was arrested on May 2 in the area of Linden Place and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Anthony Forgione-Russo, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 2 in the area of Marine Park and charged with possession of a CDS and resisting arrest by Officer Michael Baron.

• Delbert Franklin Gomez, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 4 in the area of St. Mary’s Place and charged with for simple assault by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.

• Anthony Forgone-Russo, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 4 in the area of Hudson Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

Contempt of Court 

• Gary Wilcox, 35, of Long Branch, was arrested on April 21 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Route 35 by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

• Rachel C. McKibben, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 22 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of White Street by Officer Darren McConnell.

• Casildo Feria-Lopez, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 23 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Monmouth Street by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.

• Hector D. Pinto-Garcia, 20, of Eatontown, was arrested on May 3 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Sean P. Connair, 57, of Red Bank was arrested on April 24 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Herbert Street by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Levi Perlberg, 28, of Lakewood, was arrested on April 26 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Maple Avenue by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Brendan M. Knipfing, 23, of Colts Neck, was arrested on May 2 in the area of West Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Michael Baron.

• Vincent C Ruggiero, 25, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on May 2 in the area of Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Jose H Morales-Romero, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 30 in the area of River Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Shawn A. Trapp, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 28 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Justin M. Mayes-Wiggs, 19, of Neptune, was arrested on April 30 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Newman Springs Road by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Marcos B. Duarte, 29, of South Amboy, was arrested on April 29 in the area of Peters Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Officer Darren McConnell.
