Police Report: DWIs, Assaults, Unlawful Weapons Possession

The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Markies Lamar Wells , 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 24 in the area of Bank Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Erin Michelle Solleder, 40, of Hazlet, was arrested on March 25 in the area of Spring Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Kevin J. Hoayeck, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 26 in the area of E. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Neil A. Auricchio, 22, of Rumson, was arrested on March 26 in the area of E. Front Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Michelle Melia, 44, of Long Beach, was arrested on March 27 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• John A. Rotolo, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 29 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Tyriik Murad, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 29 in the area of Montgomery Terrace and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Donald Charles Laing, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 30 in the area of Spring Street and charged with criminal mischief and harassment by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Samuel J. Carpenito, 34, of Little Silver, was arrested on April 5 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Joel Gonzalez-Garcia, 47, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on April 5 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Gorgonio Lino-Aguilar, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 6 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

Contempt of Court

• Leroy Charles Thomas, 35, of Red Bank was arrested on March 24 in the area of Bank Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by  Sgt. Beau Broadley.

• Scott W. McCallen, 52, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 24 in the area of Hudson Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Eleazar Aguirre-Salazar, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 25 in the area of W. Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Keith H. Brooks, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 26 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Oscar A. Farina, 42, of Point Pleasant, was arrested on March 26 in the area of Wallace Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by   Officer Darren McConnell.

• Marc A. Pines, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 28 in the area of Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Anthony Lee Evans, 45, of Eatontown, was arrested on March 30  in the area of West Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.

• Eric L. Sharp, 65, of Carteret, was arrested on March 31 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Navor Gonzalez-Leyva, 26, of Lakewood, was arrested on April 3 in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant and a charge of hindering apprehension by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.
