Police Report: DWIs, Drug Possession, Assault

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incident

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred sometime between Feb. 29 and March 3 at a 96 Bank Street residence. The victim reported that someone ripped the screen and removed the rear window of a house in attempt to gain entry. Nothing was reported stolen.

Arrests

• Brianna Bey, 40, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on March 7 in the area of W. Sunset Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Ciara Williams, 23, of Neptune, was arrested on March 6 in the area of Globe Court and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Frank Eisenband, 30, of Union, was arrested on March 5 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Officer McConnell.

• Karleen Adams, 46, of Point Pleasant, was arrested on March 4 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Paul Summey, 33, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on March 4 in the area of W. Sunset Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of  Promethazine with Codeine cough syrup, possession of Oxycodone, possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia,  obstruction of the administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Rahsaan Abdullah, 21, of Asbury Park, was arrested on March 3 in the area of Prospect Avenue and charged with criminal mischief, burglary, and theft by Inv. James DePonte.

• Ignacio Campa-Agulacaliente, 30, of Red Bank was arrested on March 3 in the area of Herbert Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

Contempt of Court

•Douglas Tindal, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 6 in the area of Locust Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Beatriz Cervantes, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 6 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Brittany Flach, 28, of Point Pleasant, was arrested on March 5 in the area of Leroy Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Madelene Loux, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on March 4 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Kenneth Persico, 49, of Middletown, was arrested on March 4 in the area of Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman David Smith.

• Carissa Bossert, 27, of Middletown, was arrested on March 3 in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Nikkole U. Holt, 39, of Neptune, was arrested on March 7 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Eugenio Jimenez-Hernandez, 60, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 7 in the Area of Monmouth Street and Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer Michael Baron.

• Marcus A. Rice, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 7 in the area of 90 Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Pierre Gadson, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 10 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
