Police: Alleged Cocaine, Marijuana Dealers Busted, Prostitution & More

The following recent arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• John Tufaro,28, of Linden Street in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 21 by Patrolman Greg Bukowski and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and tampering with physical evidence.

He was held on $55,000 bail, set by Judge James Berube.

• Sarah Borman, 19, of Ironwood Court in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• Annemarie Dicapua, 21, of Swartzel Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Patrolman Anthony Bambino and charged with possession of heroin and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

She was released pending a court date.

• Evan Savulich, 20, of Harmony Road in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a nuisance and possession of heroin.

He was released pending a court date.

• Michael Mansour, 34, of Seabreeze Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of Oxycodone and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Perth Amboy Municipal Court.

He was released on his own recognizance.

• Christopher McMillan, 22, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Patrolman Michael Reuter and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, and directing bodily fluids at a law enforcement officer.

He was held on $5,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• David Diaz, 32, of East Sixth Street in Clifton, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of cocaine and unlawful possession of Oxycodone.

He was released pending a court date.

• Christopher McMillan, 22, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with  harassment.

He was released pending a court date.

• Annemarie Dicapua, 21, of Swartzel Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

She was released pending a court date.

• Evan Savulich, 20, of Harmony Road in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 22 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

He was released pending a court date.

• Jeffrey Galluccio, 32, of Kreuger Place in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 23 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

He was released after posting $4,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Joshua Moody, 34, of Fairview Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Jan. 24 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with  simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• On Jan. 24, Patrolman Brian McGrogan arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with possession of a weapon.

He was released pending a court date.

• Cameron Jackson, 34, of West 151st Street in New York, NY, was arrested on Jan. 25 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and providing false information to a police officer.

He was held on $50,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Dontrell Jackson, 33, of Second Street in Keyport, was arrested on Jan. 25 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of cocaine, and possession with Intent to distribute marijuana.

He was held on $45,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• August Lamalfa, 48, of Harmony Road in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 25 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• Brandon Soto, 18, of Thompson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 27 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with criminal mischief and receiving stolen property.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Salvatore Bonsignore, 49, of Cherry Tree Farm Road in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 28 by Patrolman Ekne Montalvo and charged with violation of a court order.

He was released pending a court date.

• Cody Bird, 23, of Sandy Hook Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 28 by Patrolman David Ringkamp and charged with harassment and stalking.

He was released pending a court date.

• Gail Shaughnessy, 27, of Center Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Jan. 28 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.

She was released on her own recognizance.

• Samantha Garcia, 22, of Curren Street in West Keansburg, was arrested on Jan. 28 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy.

She was released pending a court date.

• Willie Peters, 31, of Lanning Street in Ewing, was arrested on Jan. 28 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charge with possession of heroin, unlawful possession of Xanax, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and conspiracy.

He was released pending a court date.

• Evan Savulich, 20, of Harmony Road in Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 28 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with defiant tresspass.

He was held on $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Ryan King, 31, of Sears Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Jan. 30 by Patrolman Eric VanSchaack and charged with obstructing the administration of law, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Michael Motyleski, 44, of Monica Drive in Edison, was arrested on Jan. 30 by Patrolman Thomas Foster and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Brittany Gluck, 27, of Winter Court in Manalapan, was arrested on Jan. 30 by Patrolman Julian Reis and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• Laura Grande, 46, of Ravatt Road in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 30 by Patrolman Nicholas Venezia and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

• Phamy Xaypanya, 30, of Riverside Avenue in Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 30 by Detective Albert Scott and charged with theft.

He was held on $20,000 bail, set by Judge Angela Dalton of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

• Paul Ortiz, 53, of Ocean Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 2 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with possession of heroin.

He was released pending a court date.

• Kristi Lozier, 38, of Mcghee Avenue in Union, was arrested on Feb. 4 by Patrolman Eric Van Schaack and charged with promoting prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of cocaine.

She was held on $20,000 bail with 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Nicholas Lopez, 54, of Route 36 in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 4 by Patrolman Eric Van Schaack and charged with promoting prostitution.

He was released pending a court date.
