Police Report: Criminal Mischief & Marijuana Possession

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. 

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Jan. 10 on Herbert Street. The victim reported that someone smashed the side window in their parked van.

Patrolman Kirstin Altimari took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on West Bergen Place sometime between Jan 10 and 11. The victim reported that someone broke out the rear driver’s side window on a parked vehicle.

Patrolman Cevin Albert took the report.

Arrests

• Michael Feeney, 28, of Matawan, was arrested on Jan. 11 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Jaime Romero-Diaz, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 7 in the area of West Bergen Place and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Gary Watson.

• Alejandro Camargo-Hernandez, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 7 in the area of West Bergen Place and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Gary Watson.
