Police Report: Stalking, Heroin, Cocaine Possession, Shoplifting, Conspiracy

The following recent arrests were made and reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Cherry Chadwick, 38, of Clarissa Drive, Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 30 by Police Officer Tara Stucy and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy.

She was held on $10,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Patricia Chadwick, 35, of Shoreland Terrace in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 30 by Cpl. Thomas Muckier and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy.

She was held on $10,000 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Elizabeth Veres, 43, of Fillmore Drive in Millstone, was arrested on Nov. 30 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with stalking and violation of a court orders.

She was held on $22,250 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Mullaney of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

• Barry Seward,  49, of Main Street in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 30 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy.

He was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 1,  Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with terroristic threats, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.

He was released pending a court date.

• Allyson Whalley, 59, of Route 537 in Colts Neck, was arrested on Dec. 2 by Patrolman Michael Pintilie and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• Michael Mairs, 32, of Lecours Drive in Old Forge, NY, was arrested on Dec. 3 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $38,500 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

•Jade Castellano,  22, of Barberie Avenue in Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 3 by Patrolman John Mele and charged with simple assault.

She was released after posting $1,000 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Anthony Grant,  29, of Main Street in Port Monmouth, was arrested on Dec. 7 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $10,000 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Robert Horton, 28, of Laurel Avenue in Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 8 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic syringes, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Michael Stanislawczyk, 21, of Laurel Avenue in Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 8 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic syringes, possession of drug paraphernalia, and providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

He was released pending a court date.

• Carlos Cruz, 23, of South 2nd Avenue in Highland Park, was arrested on Dec. 8 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

• Crystal London,  47, of Brainard Avenue in Port Monmouth, was arrested on Dec. 10 by Patrolman Christopher Melendez and charged with criminal mischief, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.

She was released after posting $10,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Clifford Gildawie, 18, of Abby Road in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 10 by Patrolman Scott Davis and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released pending a court date.

• Jennifer Johnson, 37, of Main Street in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 10 by Cpl. Lawrence Seymour and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

• Paul Craven, 46, of Leola Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 10 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Frank Valli, 49, of Sydney Avenue in Union Beach, was arrested on Dec. 10 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Hazlet, Keyport, and Middletown municipal courts.

He was held on $2,017 bail.

• Michele Matias, 55, of Beers Street in Keyport, was arrested on Dec. 11 by Patrolman Richard Belmont and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was held on $11,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Sean Vanglahn, 25, of Forest Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 11 by Patrolman Richard Belmont and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $12,500 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Shane Vanglahn, 18, of Forest Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 11 by Patrolman Richard Belmont and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $11,000 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Jesse Pate, 22, of Pine Place in Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 11 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of heroin, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

He was released pending a court date.

• Kristina Sterling, 21, of Rose Lane in Lincroft, was arrested on Dec. 11 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook and charged with possession of heroin, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

She was released pending a court date.

• Mark Smith, 19, of Illinois Avenue in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 11 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with possession of heroin, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.

He was held on $13,000 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonneblick.

• Robert Cartwright, 23, of River Street in Oceanport, was arrested on Dec. 12 by Patrolman Patrick Leonard and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

He was released pending a court date.

• Valerie Busic, 41, of Simpson Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Dec. 12 by Corporal Bernie Chenoweth and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was released pending a court date.

• Leslie Lane, 63, of Middlewood Road in Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 14 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).

She was released pending a court date.

• John Sanns, 58, of Hosford Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 15 by Cpl. James Keenan and charged with criminal mischief.

He was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 15, Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis arrested a 15-year-old female juvenile from Atlantic Highlands and charged her with  possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

She was released pending a court date.

• On Dec. 16, Patrolman Brady Carr arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.
