Police Report: Criminal Mischief, Harassment, DWIs & More

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Dec. 5 on Drummond Avenue. The victim reported that someone cracked the front and rear driver’s side windows and punctured a tire on a parked vehicle.

Patrolman Shane Dengel took the report.

• An incident of shoplifting was reported to have occurred on Dec. 7 at a deli on Shrewsbury Avenue. The owner of the deli reported that an unknown male stole food items and tobacco and left.

Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.

•  An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Dec. 9 at Riverside Gardens. Someone damaged railings in the park.

Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.

Arrests

• Juan Escalante,  29, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 9 in the area of S. Bridge Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Rafael Carrasquillo, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 9 in the area of Tilton Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Gerard Carney, 53, of Eatontown, was arrested on Dec. 8 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with harassment by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Vincent Berrini, 42, of Jersey City, was arrested on Dec. 7 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Dawn Shields.

• Donald Laing, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 6 in the area of Spring Street and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Milton Gray.

• Dennis Ondrejik, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 6 in the area of Spring Street and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Gary Watson.

• William Oleary, 26, of Freehold, was arrested on Dec. 5 in the area of E. Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI)  by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Contempt of Court

• Janelle Hendrex, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 9 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• George McDonald, 69, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 6 in the area of Bank Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Leonard Blasucci, 72, of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 7 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman John Camarca.

• Ameerah Wars, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 6 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Daniel Ramos, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 8 in the area of Tilton Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
