Police Report: Theft, Criminal Mischief, DWI, Marijuana Possession

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief at the White Street parking lot was reported on Nov. 21. The victim reported that someone keyed the rear passenger door of a parked vehicle.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief at the English Plaza parking lot was reported on Nov. 26. The victim reported that the passenger side mirror on her parked car was broken.

Patrolman Jorge Torres took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief at a White Street business on Nov. 29. The owner reported that someone broke the storefront window.

Patrolman David Smith took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Dec. 1 and 2 on Locust Avenue. The victim reported that someone stole a phone charger from a parked car.

Lt. Robert Kennedy took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred sometime between Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. The victim reported that someone keyed his parked vehicle on both sides.

Arrests

• Glenn Kirerl, 60, of Middletown, was arrested on Dec. 2 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Special Officer Baron.

• Timothy Mancle, 50, of Long Branch, was arrested on Nov. 30 in the area of Broad Street for shoplifting by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Jessica Guica, 42, of Bradley Beach, was arrested on Nov. 29 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Michael Lewaine, 19,  of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 29 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Edgar Rivera, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 28 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Jeffrey Summey, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 26 in the area of Montgomery Terrace and charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Juliane Hochstadt-Ozer, 41, of Holmdel, was arrested on Nov. 22 in the area of Coopers Bridge and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Joshua Boynton, 21, of Brick, was arrested on Nov. 20 in the area of Mohawk Lane and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Ciera Green, 23, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Nov. 20 in the area of Mohawk Lane and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Jahlil Downs, 22, of Long Branch, was arrested on Nov. 20  in the area of Mohawk Lane and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
