Police Report Auto Theft, Drug Possession Arrest & More

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Oct. 9 on Throckmorton Avenue. The victim reported that a parked car was keyed in several areas.

Patrolman Jorge Torres took the report.

• An auto theft was reported to have occurred at Riverview Plaza on Oct. 10. The victim reported that someone stole a parked 2011 Kia Sephia from the parking lot.

Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Oct. 10 and 11 at a Hudson Avenue residence. Two plastic white flower pots containing flowers were reported stolen from the front of the residence.

Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Oct. 6 and 12 at a Broad Street apartment complex. The victim reported that a package containing clothing and cosmetics that was delivered to the lobby was stolen.

Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.

Arrests

• Joseph Yannibelli, 38, of Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 15 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possess of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Kurt Schwarz, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 9 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
