Police Report Marijuana Possession, Dealing, Heroin Arrests & More

The following recent arrests were made and reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Mackenzie Killeen, 23, and Samatha Lupino, 24, both of Middletown, were arrested on July 23 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue for and charged with possession of a CDS (heroin) and possession of a hypodermic syringe by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Jahvon Wells-Bailey, 27, of Keansburg, was arrested on July 16 in the area of River Street and charged with possession of a CDS (under 50 grams of marijuana), possession of a CDS with intent to distribute and possession of a CDS within 1,500 feet of a park or public housing by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

 

• Devin Dimartini, 19, of Lincroft, was arrested on July 20 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Itzel Mancera-Perez, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 19 in the area of Harding Road and charged with possession of a CDS (under 50 grams of marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• A 17-year-old male juvenile male, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 18 in the area of E. Newman Springs Road and charged with possession of a CDS (under 50 grams of marijuana) and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Crispin Campos-Ponce, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 17 in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with defiant trespassing by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Felipe Rojas-Cisneros, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 17 in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with defiant trespassing by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Adrian Mendoza-Ramos, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 17  in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with defiant trespassing by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Markies Wells, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 16 in the area of River Street and charged with obstruction of the administration of law and contempt of court by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

Contempt of Court

• Perry Veney, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 16 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Gabriel Flores, 30, of Norristown, PA, was arrested on July 21 in the area of Pearl Street on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Genaro Escalante-Castillo, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested onJuly 25 in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Ronald Tindal, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 21 in the area of Rector Place on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Samir Saadalla, 34, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested July 18 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Pedro Segura-Contreras, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested on July 18 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• David Lita, 54, of Matawan, was arrested on July 17 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court charge by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
